What’s included in the package price?

All packages include:

  • Complete website design & development
  • Domain registration (first year included)
  • All website content/copy written by our team
  • Mobile responsive design

  • Logo integration (you provide logo file)

What’s NOT included:

  • Hosting fees (₹2,500/year, paid to hosting provider)
  • Premium themes or plugins
  • Product photography
  • Logo design (if you don’t have one)
  • Ongoing maintenance after 30 days

Are domain and hosting included?

Domain: Yes, included in all packages for the first year. After year 1, you pay ₹600/year renewal directly to the domain registrar.

Hosting: No. Hosting costs ₹2,500/year and is paid directly to your hosting provider. We’ll set it up and recommend good providers, but you pay them directly so you maintain full control.

Can I pay in installments?

We accept payment in two parts only:

  • 50% advance to start the project
  • 50% before launch

We don’t offer monthly EMIs or extended payment plans. Full payment must be completed within the project timeline (5-15 days).

What if I need to cancel mid-project?

Before delivery:

  • 50% advance is non-refundable (covers our time invested)
  • You keep all work completed up to that point
  • You don’t owe the remaining 50%

After delivery:

  • No refunds (work is complete)
  • Website and all files remain yours

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

We share staging URLs throughout the project so you see progress in real-time.

If you’re unhappy, we’ll revise within your included revision rounds (1-3 rounds depending on package).

Once you approve the final version and we launch, the work is complete. No refunds after launch.

🛠️ Technical Questions

What happens if my website goes down?

First 48 hours: We monitor and fix any issues free of charge.

First 30 days: If something we built breaks, we fix it free.

After 30 days:

  • If it’s our code/build issue: Usually free or minimal charge
  • If it’s a hosting issue: Contact your hosting provider
  • If you (or someone else) broke it: Paid support (₹1,000-3,000)

For peace of mind, consider our maintenance package (₹2,000-5,000/month).

Do I get the source code and files?

Yes. After final payment, you receive:

  • All website files
  • Database backup (WordPress/WooCommerce)
  • Login credentials for everything
  • Complete documentation

You own everything we build. No strings attached.

Can I move my website to different hosting later?

Absolutely. You own the website completely.

Migrate it anywhere, anytime. We can help with migration for ₹2,000-3,000, or hire any developer you want.

What if I lose my login credentials?

Keep them safe—we provide them once at handoff.

If you lose them:

  • Hosting/domain: Contact provider support (they can reset)
  • WordPress admin: We can reset for ₹500

We don’t store client credentials long-term for security reasons.

Can you help me buy hosting?

Yes. We’ll either:

  1. Guide you through purchasing from recommended providers, OR
  2. Purchase it for you (you pay the provider directly via your card)

Recommended providers:

  • SiteGround, Bluehost, HostGator
  • Indian providers: ResellerClub, BigRock

We typically set up hosting as part of the project.

Will my website be secure?

Yes. All packages include:

  • SSL certificate (HTTPS)
  • Basic security hardening
  • Regular backups (WordPress/WooCommerce)
  • Security plugins (WordPress/WooCommerce)

For e-commerce sites, we implement additional security measures including payment gateway encryption and firewall rules.

📝 Content & Design

Who writes the website content?

We do.

All packages include professional copywriting. You provide:

  • Business information
  • Products/services details
  • Any specific messaging you want

We write:

  • Homepage copy
  • About page
  • Service/product descriptions
  • Contact page
  • All other content

If you prefer to write your own: That’s fine too. We’ll edit and polish it for free.

Do you provide images and photos?

We provide:

If you need photography: We can recommend local photographers, or you can use your own.

Can I use my existing logo?

Yes. Just provide it in high-resolution format:

  • PNG with transparent background (preferred)
  • SVG, AI, or EPS (vector formats)
  • Minimum 1000px wide

Don’t have a logo? We can design one for ₹3,000-8,000 (separate from web design package).

How many revisions do I get?

  • Static (₹8k): 1 round of revisions
  • WordPress (₹15k): 2 rounds of revisions
  • WooCommerce (₹25k): 3 rounds of revisions

What’s a “round”? You review the site, provide ALL feedback at once → We make changes → You review again.

Additional rounds: ₹2,000 each.

Pro tip: Consolidate all feedback in one go. Don’t send changes piecemeal (“Actually, can you change this too?”).

What if I hate the design?

This rarely happens because:

  1. We share staging URLs throughout the project
  2. You see the design before launch
  3. You have multiple revision rounds

If you’re genuinely unhappy:

  • Tell us specifically what needs changing
  • We revise within your included rounds
  • Minor tweaks are free, major redesigns may cost extra

We want you happy. Most design issues are solved through clear communication about what you actually want.

Can I see examples of your work?

Yes. Visit our portfolio page or ask us to send examples similar to what you’re looking for.

We can show:

  • Similar industry websites
  • Similar design styles
  • Previous client work (with permission)

How long does it ACTUALLY take?

Stated timelines:

  • Static: 5-7 working days
  • WordPress: 7-10 working days
  • WooCommerce: 10-15 working days

Reality check – this assumes:

  • You pay 50% advance immediately
  • You provide all info/assets within 2 days
  • You respond to questions within 24 hours
  • No major scope changes mid-project

Most delays happen because clients:

  • Take 5 days to send content
  • Don’t respond to clarification questions
  • Keep changing requirements
  • Take too long to review drafts

Be responsive, and we’ll hit our timeline.

Can you deliver faster?

Yes. Rush delivery (30% faster): Add ₹3,000-5,000 depending on package.

Examples:

  • WordPress: Normal 7-10 days → Rush 5-7 days (₹3,000 extra)
  • WooCommerce: Normal 10-15 days → Rush 8-10 days (₹5,000 extra)

Absolute minimums (even with rush):

  • Static: 4 days minimum
  • WordPress: 5 days minimum
  • WooCommerce: 8 days minimum

Quality takes time. We can’t do professional work in 2-3 days.

What happens if you miss the deadline?

If WE cause delays (not you):

  • We communicate the issue immediately
  • We give you a revised timeline
  • You still pay the agreed amount (no penalties either way)

Reality: 90% of deadline misses are because clients don’t provide content/feedback on time. That’s not on us.

Do you work on weekends?

No. Working days are Monday-Friday.

Timelines use business days only (weekends and holidays don’t count).

Weekend work available on request—may incur ₹2,000-3,000 additional charge.

What do you need from me to start?

Immediately:

  • Signed contract
  • 50% advance payment
  • Basic business info (we’ll send a simple questionnaire)

Within 2-3 days:

  • Detailed questionnaire answers
  • Logo file (if you have one)

🛒 E-commerce Specific (WooCommerce)

How many products are included?

₹25,000 package includes setup for up to 20 products.

Additional products:

  • 21-50 products: ₹100/product
  • 51-100 products: ₹75/product
  • 100+ products: Custom quote (bulk pricing available)

After handoff, you can add unlimited products yourself (we train you how).

Which payment gateways do you support?

Included in ₹25k package:

  • Razorpay
  • PayU
  • Instamojo
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Additional gateways: ₹1,500 each

  • Paytm
  • PhonePe
  • CCAvenue
  • Others on request

Important: You must create your own merchant account with payment providers. We just integrate it technically.

Do you handle payment gateway approval?

No. You must apply to payment providers (Razorpay, PayU, etc.) yourself.

Timeline: 2-7 business days typically

Requirements:

  • Business documents
  • Bank account details
  • PAN/GST information

We can guide you through the application process, but we can’t speed up their approval.

Pro tip: Start your payment gateway application BEFORE you hire us so there’s no delay.

What about shipping and logistics?

We set up:

  • Shipping zones and rates in WooCommerce
  • Free shipping thresholds
  • Flat rate, local pickup, etc.

You decide:

  • Which areas you deliver to
  • Shipping costs per zone
  • Courier partners you use

Actual logistics (packing, courier):

  • Handle yourself, OR
  • Use Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart (separate signup/cost)

We build the system. You run the operations.

Do you integrate with inventory systems?

Basic WooCommerce inventory: Included (track stock in WordPress dashboard)

Third-party systems (Zoho Inventory, Tally, etc.): Not included.

Integration quotes start at ₹10,000+ depending on complexity and system APIs.

Who maintains the website after launch?

Three options:

1. You maintain it yourself (free)

  • WordPress/WooCommerce clients can update content
  • We provide training and documentation

2. Hire us for maintenance

  • Basic: ₹2,000/month (updates, backups, security monitoring)
  • Full: ₹5,000/month (above + content updates, minor changes)

3. Hire someone else

  • Any WordPress developer (₹500-2,000/hour typically)
  • Freelancers on Upwork, Fiverr
  • Your IT team

You’re not locked into using us.

What if something breaks later?

First 30 days: If we built it wrong, we fix it free.

After 30 days:

  • Our build issue: We fix it (usually free or minimal charge)
  • You/someone else changed something: Paid support (₹1,000-3,000)
  • Plugin updates broke it: Paid support
  • Hosting issue: Contact hosting provider

  • 3-month commitment minimum
  • Business ready to handle leads/sales

Our services:

  • Campaign strategy & setup
  • Ad copywriting & creative
  • Landing page optimization
  • Ongoing management & optimization
  • Monthly reporting

Pricing: 15-20% of monthly ad spend (negotiable based on budget size)

What we DON’T do:

  • SEO (ongoing optimization)
  • Social media management (organic posting)
  • Email marketing
  • Content marketing

If you don’t meet the minimum budget, we can recommend freelancers or agencies.

Do you help with SEO?

What’s included in all packages:

  • Basic on-page SEO (meta tags, titles, descriptions)

We build websites. Traffic and sales require:

  1. Good website (we handle this)
  2. Marketing (you handle this, or hire specialists)

A website alone doesn’t generate traffic. You need:

  • Google Ads / Facebook Ads
  • SEO
  • Social media
  • Email marketing
  • Word of mouth

We can help with paid ads if you meet our minimum budget (₹30,000/month). Everything else, you’ll need other specialists.

Do you register businesses or handle legal stuff?

No. We’re web designers, not lawyers or CAs.

For these services, hire:

  • Business registration: CA or company secretary
  • Trademark registration: IP lawyer
  • GST registration: CA
  • Contracts/legal: Lawyer

We build websites. We don’t do legal or financial services.

Do you provide email hosting?

We don’t host email, but we can:

  • Set up email forwarding (free@yourdomain.com → your Gmail)
  • Guide you through Google Workspace setup (₹150-300/user/month, paid to Google)
  • Recommend email hosting providers

Email hosting is separate from website hosting.

Most small businesses just use Gmail or Google Workspace.

Do you do app development?

No. We build websites only.

For mobile apps:

  • Hire app development agency
  • Use app builders like AppMaster, Adalo
  • Convert your website to PWA (Progressive Web App) – we can help with this

Do you do branding/graphic design?

We do:

No. We work remotely with 95% of clients.
